The Department of Islamic Development of country inspects our factory, restaurants, ingredients and processes before permitting us to use their logo.
All imported products are certified Halal by the source country local Islamic food and nutrition certification body recognized by local Islamic department of UAE. To further verify the Halal status of our imported products, officials from UAE Shariah Advisory Council, inspect the facilities of all our suppliers abroad.
All raw materials suppliers are required to submit a statutory declaration to confirm that they comply with Halal requirements in relation to the manufacturing process, handling, storage and transportation of products supplied.
